Nevermind fixed. I forgot SetPlayerCameraLookAt :P

If:
1)You see sky use SetPlayerInterior(if it isn't in world 0) and SetPlayerPos near CCTV location. Also use SetPlayerCameraLookAt
2)It doesn't work at all check all codes once again.
