It does not matter what OS you use to forwarder.
go on 192.168.1.1, and open the ports you need.
edit:
Start >> Cmd >> ipconfig, and type in the ip address in the web browser

Port forwarding occurs on the machine with a firewall, not on the operating system behind it. So unless you have a second firewall installed on your computer aside from Windows Firewall, are you actually saving the port forwarding configuration? And have you configured each router leading up to the WAN to forward the desired port, not just the one at the end of the chain closest to your computer?

Usualy portforwarding goes smooth, you login on the router with 192.168.1.1, login with user/password then you go to portforwarding, then enable the port

Ya, the router is for wireless, but I tested if were the ports avaiable on notebook the desktop pc, and are closed. Also I tried on the modem, the hardware that handles my internet is the modem, and didn't open. It was with the modem alone, without the router, and yes I learnt already how to portforward correctly. And I reseted my router and modem everyday, since I dont keep them on.
Do anyone know a good portchecker program for windows 7? since pfportchecker doesn't installs on win7

That suggests you're not port-forwarding correctly or that it's a problem with your Modem/Router. One of the most common errors with port-forwarding is actually forwarding the ports to the wrong IP addresses. You should confirm that you are selecting the correct IP address to forward the ports to in your Modem/Router configuration.
There may also be other things causing the issue, such as Windows Firewall blocking incoming connections for that program or that port.
