Hey guys I was wondering, I am hosting a server, how can I make a Controll Pannel so my co-owner can upload stuff straight away?

You need to know PHP, to design it etc. Then upload the files to http://www.000webhost.com/

000webhost is not good for a control panel. (file type limit/php safe mode/exec disabled)

I recommend byethost for it better than 000webhost, they aint so strict like them.

You just want him to be able to upload stuff ? Like what.. because if its just a new .amx or something you could just give him FTP access.
