[PipWinsAgain]

The death window is hidden. F9 won't show it and I have tried reinstalling sa-mp multiple times. Suggestions anyone?

I have tried:
spamming f9
spamming f7
Deleting San Andres User Files in my documents
Running the same SA install in a vm, the death window did work.
Deleted SA registry keys
Deleted SAMP registry keys
sa-mp 0.3c (not R3)
disabling my second monitor
running SA from a different directory
a different no-dvd crack
updated to latest graphic drivers
older graphics drivers
RESTARTING PC fixed it!

reinstalling my windows is not an option even though that would certainly fix it.

Aha, so you have the steam version of San Andreas? Probaly that's the problem because you are actually using a "downgraded" v3.0 which is not possible.

Sa-mp dont work with steam as far as i know.
I suggest you grab a few bucks from your piggy bank and get down to your local game store for a copy.
San andreas is cheap as chips now.

That is not it because it has worked before. The problem started when I reinstalled a fresh copy of SA about 1 week ago. I have been using the steam version and a 1.0 gta no dvd crack successfully for years. And remember, it is working with steam, just the death window isn't appearing

SA-MP requires GTA:SA (DVD game for PC) v1.00 US/EU.
Version 2.0 of the DVD version can be downgraded to 1.0 using a third-party patch.
The Steam and Direct2Drive versions of GTA:SA are not currently supported and cannot be downgraded.

What's a few bucks m8'y ? Go buy a copy. That's your best bet.

I have a pirated 1.0 disc around here somewhere that I used before I got it off steam, but I highly doubt that will solve the problem since the death window worked on my steam copy a week ago. But I guess I will try.
