Erm, no you don't.
Just look at fs and maps section. Everything is free. There's plenty of stuff to help you get going.

I am not saying that i am profissional, and that i accept scripting requests....

I am only saying that if HE want SOMEONE to map/script FOR him, he need to pay.
The free scripts, are not made by him, but for all.
He won't search, he want we to make it to him for free.
