So i just re-installed GTA:SA and sa-mp since i reformatted to 64 bit. I did the following.

1) Installed GTA:SA (It loads and works fine)
2) Downgraded to 1.0 (Still works)
3) Installed the newest sa-mp client
4) I click a server i want to join, and it starts trying to load the black screen flashes for a second then nothing happens.
5) I tried running both GTA and Sa-mp in compatibility.
6) tried re-downgrading, but it says the files already been downgraded.

I have no idea what else to do. I guess i'll re-install sa-mp then gta first.

If you know what it is please tell me.

Delete gtasa.set try that. works for me its in my documents > gtasa userfiles >

IF ya downloaded from steam it wont work.
IF You didnt turn off your antivirus.
