That is ALWAYS what I get whenever I try running this gamemode on my Dedicated Server Box.

Specs:
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
CPU: Intel Xeon 4 Core processor 2.86GHz x 8 (Hyper-Threading enabled)
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Internet connection: 100Mb/s line

Is there something I am doing wrong? I got the Streamer Plugin and everything

A simple search would tell you that "Run time error 19: "File or function is not found" means a .dll or .so is missing from your server plugins folder.
