Phantom's GangWar V2.0
Basic Features:
* npc driveby cars (invulnerable)
* /kill
* /help
* /cmds
* /rules
* per kill $2000 and +1 score
* per death -$1000 and -1
* S.W.A.T vans for rcon only !
* Admin weapons on rcon login
New Features:
* Gang HQ's
* Weapon Shop with /shop
* /smoke
* /piss
* health and armor pickups moved into HQ's
* join/leave messages
* Junkbuster included (anti cheat)
* Tires can't be popped
* no interior enters/exits (eg. the yellow arrow infront of cj's house in V1.0)
* /newlife (to change skin)
* /destroy [playerid] (NEW admin command xD)

i know not all HQ interiors look even nice, but i tried to keep the interiors original.

How to install:
1. put the recordings in npcmodes/recordings
2. put the pawno db files in npcmodes directory
3. put the gm in the gamemodes directory
4. open the gm in pawno and compile it. 1 error should appear: Loose indentation
don't bother about it, it won't disturb anything in the gamemode.
5. change the gamemode to Phantom's_GangWar_V2.0 in server.cfg
6. run samp-server.exe
7. join your server
