Thats not much.

On my computer:

Disk Space: 1 and a half terrabytes (~1500 gigs)
RAM: 8 gigs.

Server:

RAM: 3 gigs.
Disk Space: 120 gigs.
Bandwidth: Also unmetered.

I don't host my own SAMP servers though

Long story short, you won't get far with that shitty of a vps.

Actually, if it's an OpenVZ VPS and you cut out everything (no LAMP stacks, minimal FTP server), on an OS like Gentoo or a minimal version of CentOS, you could run a medium-load server, perhaps with 10-20 players.

I wouldn't recommend it, it'll lag, but it's possible.

I wouldn't suggest attempting to run one, you'd be better buying a server than VPS.

Gotta love how peoples diss the 64mb ram VPS directly..
64mb ram VPS can run alot of stuff, aslong as you know how to optimize code and remove unnecessary software installed.

I'd recommend 256-512mb DEDICATED ram thought, if you're going for a html,ftp,samp(500 slot I assume) server combination..

Checkout http://www.qualityservers.co.uk/cheap-openvz-vps/ , it's really nice. Check WHT (webhostingtalk) for there latest offer, as they have fully managed services which may be something for you.

Buut, anyway, try get hold of an Xen over OpenVZ; it's impossible to oversell Xen.
