I cant even connect to it. So probably the ports are blocked. Try to open port 7777 for UDP and TCP in your software firewall, and open them in your router configuration. There are tons of tutorials how to do that.

Oh, I just saw it says port 77777 in your cfg, just a random mistake, or is it still like this?
Port 77777 is out of the valid range, means the server cant listen on that port. This could be the problem.

Add 127.0.0.1:7777 or localhost:7777 in SA-MP.

wait guys trying connecting to 192.168.15.100:7777 see it RuNix's Cops and robbers show up , if it does then thats it

If that ip works for you than it is your router/firewall for sure. What routermodel do you have? Be sure to redirect the port 7777 on UDP and TCP to your internal IP address: 192.168.15.100
