hey everytime i shoot a lagger people it dosent make his health decrease and then he take chance to kill me,any tips can do to decrease the lagger health fast help pleaseee

yes some players lag & it's not hack !! the only way to fix that it's to make them relog
or host your server you will have less lagers

The SAMP players are from all around the World. There is no way you can decrease their lag. The ONLY solution is to learn how to lag shoot.

The second video showed clearly how to lag shoot, it's actually technique, you need to check the ping aswell.
