Can you help me with skins?

It's GRANDLARC gamemode and when you connect to server you need to choose your skin, so i choose my skin like Big Smoke and when i click spawn button it spawn me as a CJ. I add all of the skins to my gamemode, maybe this is a problem, I don't know, can somebody help me?
