Anyone know how to make a .cfg to save neon in scriptfile.. user then when server will restarted they will be still there ?

Err, take a look at some Vehicle Systems that are around on the forums. They should give you some help - i'm away from my laptop at the moment, and my remote network server's gone down (Grr...) so i can't help you right now, sorry.
