OK. I have everything installed. SA-MP, GTA. When I click on the server nothing happens.. Nothing at ALL. Either GTA or SA-MP. It's like..-I click on it- and -no response-. Nothing. GIVE Me a working advice..........

Do you have located your singleplayer file in SA:MP client? Does the singleplayer mode work? What OS do you have? Do your computer meet the minimum requirements? Have it ever worked before?
Do you have legal version? If not, did you use the right crack? Is it version 1.0? Any cheat engines deticated to samp or gta sa sp?
You could try to go to GTA San Andreas User Files and delete everything included there.
Also you can try re-installing the Gta San Andreas (make sure you uninstall it first, delete the folder and remove every file made my SA from registry)

SP Does not work. OS? No.. Yes.. I've been playing GTA For 3-4 years, same as sa-mp.. Yes I cracked it. Version 1.0?(If it is how to check it and how to upgrade it), No cheat engines.

Sorry for double post!! But I think that I found the problem.(Not exactly). When i click 'Properties' Then Combactivity it shows me some things to choose. For example I chose Windows 98/Me. Then When I clicked on GTA for 1 second my screen became black ((Then I said: GREAT IT WORKS)) Then suddenly after 1,2 seconds it kicks me out without error etc. Help me ASAP!

Hmm, your problem is hwen you open SA or SA:MP and click connect, SA opens and gives you black screen and then closes automatically. If thats the case delete gta_sa.set file in Documents > GTA SA User Files

When you lunch Windows, Open Task Manager (CTRL+Alt+Delete), go to processes and check is gta_sa.exe somewhere over there... If it is click on it and choose End Task or something like that.

First thing, appreciate the fact that we're giving you any help at all.
Secondly, Vince is correct. You shouldn't be allowed to ask for help at all.
Thirdly. Reinstall DirectX (9.0, if possible) and possibly your graphics card driver (if reinstalling DirectX doesn't work)
