Is it possible to add drug and drop interface to game? It would make RP mods a lot more fun wouldn't it?

Yes I mean interface with panels, when you don`t need too type commands to chat to make money/items transfer.

That's possible, you can sign a key or a key combination for that. But these things are not easy to do with basic script knowledge, of course that if you are a moderate scrripter you are able to do that.
About the panel, well you could do one in different ways, textdraws, menu's or even dialog. Textdraws will be harder to manage and sincronize, but dialogs are pretty easy. Menu's are just bad textdraws and I don't recommend for nothing.
