Guys i am beginner in scripting, and i want to know how can i use ParteBins?

2) Upload the code you've made and [submit]

i mean when someone have upload a Pastebin and i want to use his code, what i must do? i must copy his code from Pastebin and making a filterscript?

Pastebin is only to save codes,and not to edit anything.
Go to pastebin,copy and paste your colde in there,and then upload your code

If it has for example 27k lines on PasteBin, it's damn long to Copy it. Then click the "Download" button, and re-save the .txt you downloaded into .pwn.

You can also press CTRL+A.
