Here is a report from the provider we have used in the past, the server remained up:

This ticket was automatically generated by the Softlayer Network Protection
System. Due to the large amount of traffic targeted to your IP address
174.36.235.156, SoftLayer has automatically injected the IP address into our
Cisco Guard Protection system. This system diverts traffic destined to the IP
address 174.36.235.156 through hardware devices that will try to identify and
block the specific packets and flows responsible for the attack while allowing
legitimate transactions to pass. The injection of 174.36.235.156 will remain in
place until this attack subsides and then be automatically removed once traffic
levels reach a normal level.

Details of the event follow:

Exceeded Bits In: 6.2 G (Threshold: 1.5 G)
Exceeded Packets In: 581.2 k (Threshold: 150 k)
Exceeded Flows In: 212.4 k (Threshold: 150 k)

Why doesn't your support help the customers and try to find a solution to fix the problem? You could give information
You're saying there isn't "ddos protection" anymore but before there was this in "Why choose serverffs" and this was why I joined you... Now you have removed it and the price is the same

That isn't your firewall.
That's provided by Softlayer which is another hosting company that provides dedicated boxes.
Any host who forks out the money to have boxes provided by Softlayer automatically gets that protection.
Congratulations on attempting to impress us all and epically failing.

If I'm not mistaken Woet Is not trying to say that ServerFFS offers servers with DDoS protection, but he asks you if there is any other host company that would provide for .25 e plus offer multi gb ddos protection, meaning his company (ServerFFS) offers servers for .25 e but not multi gb host protection.

In the end, it's someone like Woet who will be succsessfull (or he already is) in life.
