I unplugged my brothers computer and put it in my room. I plugged it in and started it up. But there is a problem.
The system attempts to start up, then after it loads Windows XP it just shuts down and restarts. Then when It reboots, it asks me If I want to start windows normally or run in safe mode (because it restarted with a problem).
It will keep restarting if I press to load it normally.
However, If I press "Run in Safemode" it will start up good without any problems.
Any help?

Well its your system crash and it does not have anything with unplugging PC...
The best option is Operative System reinstall but if you can boot it in safe mode than just try restart it (do not restart it with BUTTON ON YOUR PC CASE) I think it will solve your problem..if not then you need to check crash log and see where is it crashing then you must know what files are that and replace them with same version

I already turned off the computer while in safe mode, then turned it back on with the case. Should I hit the restart button instead?

Try start windows in safe mode then just let it work about 2 minutes and then hit start button and restart it
If thats not helping then backup your important files and reinstall OS

Try turning on that screen which shows all the plugins etc. that are being loaded.
Then, start windows normally. It'll take alot more time, because it shows every plugin etc. that's being loaded. eg.
\system32\aepdu.dll
Then, at one of them it'll wait a bit, and then it'll crash. Remember which plugin or something it is. That one's damaged.
You can also try to put the windows XP disc in your computer and choose for "Fix startup" or something (I am Dutch, I never use English windows discs (because they are all Dutch I buy [Not download :O] and it's just not English :P)

I uninstalled the video driver and now it works. I'm going to see if Plugin-in-play will find it again, lets see if it crashes.
