Hahahaha you shouldn't even have a PayPal, but I had a paypal when I was 15 so lol..... but don't get stuck thinking your going to make money on the internet, to many people think this way.... but anyways good luck finding it.

Some country's have an specific "minimum age" to prevent child work, in Norway this limit is at 13. ( Norway is strict btw )

Though as stated, he's 15 and should be able to do some minor work.

I'd recommend that you offer a donation system on your server host if you are this desperate for money. Earning money through Samp Scripting or mapping is difficult as anyone who is actually going to pay for scripters is going to pay for the best on samp.
