In what ways are you sure? Cause this has happend in more than one server.

When this happends, and I'm near water, the water will disappear and come back, repeatedly at a high speed.

Reinstall your game and SA:MP and try again on the server that it usally crashes on (Remember to export your server list!)

I wanted to be able to fix this problem without having to uninstall my GTA SA or SA-MP. I guess that is impossible, correct?
