When I install sa-mp i get an error that it cannot open d3dx9_25.dll for writing so i downloaded it from here (not meaning to advertise). So i tried opening samp and it works, but when i chose to connect, right after the loading bar is close to the end i get this error:

I really wanna play so any help is appreciated. Im about to try the stick for the Windows 7 fix. Oh and I also run gta_sa in Windows XP SP2 compatibility, but when i do that for sa-mp, Norton Security Suite detects a SONAR.

Change your San andreas folder into something else, like GTA San Andreas 2. In Sa-mp client relocate your san andreas singleplayer file and it works like a charm.
