If you're talking about the hidden function, it is very inaccurate and useless.

This will replace my /rban. The only way they can evade THIS is using proxies.

What is the "Hidden" function? 0_o

The function to get some kind of serial from the player client.

This is something good, as I understand with hostname ban you meant, for example like, instead of ban my IP you would ban exaple my.internet.provider.name, if I understand it right?

Yes that is true. I'm going to be uploading a upgraded script soon.

I dont understand. What do you mean by hostname ?

Umm.. For example a cheater is using "NoobNet", if you will use hostname ban, it will ban everyone using NoobNet. The problem is with one use you can ban alot of players.

Its not right to ban someone just because he has the same hostname as some cheater or something. Its better to use range IP ban for this stuff.

Is'nt this in fact actually same thing as a range ban or plain single IP ban. As far as I know reverse DNS of IP address is always the same (127.0.0.1 may resolve to something like 127-0-0-1-isp.net or just isp.net) so you can simply ban IP of player or use range ban.

So this will ban hostnames? Like "x1-6-00-16-b6-3a-ec-ca.k80.webspeed.dk"??
Will all people with the same ISP get banned, or is it only the hostname in the specific player's house?

It's eveyone on that ISP. Which is honestly very useless. Range ban is much more useful than banning a whole ISP.
