I want to add some NPC's in my server.
They are like 4 bus'es that roam around LS in different routes
I'm in look of someone that can record them and add them to script or w/e

Well even if i want to do it myself, I can't.
Because the recordings will fail because of my lag.

Host a server on your local pc then and join it, so you wont have any lag.
