Hi,

When I connect to a server, I get a while screen followed by a crash.

The issue is NOT in relation to downgrading.

-Does it happend at any server you try to visit, or is it your own server?
-Does it happend fast like when you press on a server or does it happend after the Samp multiplayer has loaded.

iff you get a crash report post it here.

It happens when I visit any server and also occurs on Single Player.
It goes white as soon as I press go and crashes after a little bit.

He said it was not related to downgrading, read the topic before responding. Also it's not related to downgrading because it happens in singe player aswell.

Try to either re install your SA-MP and GTA SA or if you have Windows 7 you can always change the compatibility mode ( for SAMP / GTA SA ) to Windows XP or something older than your current operating system.

Try upgrading your drivers and turn hardware acceleration on. Tell me if it's fixed.

A white screen normally happens if you don't have GTA:SA 1.0. Start GTA:SA single player and look in the right bottom corner of the game's menu. If it says version 1.01 or 2.0 there you have the wrong GTA:SA version for SA-MP.

He say's it happens even in Single Player so he couldn't check his version...

@ ownagedoctor - Make sure SA:MP installed all files correctly, I had this problem a few weeks ago because when I installed SA:MP 0.3c it said the SAMP.img file failed to install so I ignored it and went on.. well the white screen started happening to me.. so I uninstalled SA:MP and started up Single Player and then exited, after that I reinstalled SA:MP 0.3c and it worked... I hope this helps!
