ya but i want them to be coptured
like:
when u capture an emty coloured location,the colored location(place) will change his color to other color(to the color of the team)
like in gang zones or call of duty

BlueFire, on capture an empty location (in your Command what ever) destroy the Gangzone and Create it with the new Colour.

Basically, he want's the turf system, starting from Default / Untaken. They can then be taken by gangs, which will then change the untaken Territories, to the New Gang owner's Colour.
