Relog and this will fix. For example its using the extreme handling patch and getting a fast car, going round and round and round and round, after that, your head, and shoulders will disappear.

The fix for this is relogging. Always resort to relogging before you go and post a bug report..
I'm sure this is just a GTA SA bug, not a SAMP bug.
