how i can fix the problem which " i can not kill any one who press escape key and pause the game?"
and also if someone in car and he is driving , the car continue moving even he paused the game

And other bad think is when player is like passanger in aa car the car don't get destroyed... Is that possible to diallow?

Neither of these are currently 'fixable'. However there are ways to discourage it.
