I really doubt it is this, but maybe it helps. Open your pawno folder. Now check if there is one (and only one, not more) file called pawncc. The file suffix should be .exe. Compiling in the console created a 0 byte "pawncc" in my folder once, no idea why, but when I tried to compile with pawno after this, I got the same error. And removing the fakecompiler fixed it.

I Only have one
