hello!
Is it possible to fill water in a particular place?
Suppose i made a swimming pool but in that no water? I can fill water in that?
If yes, then how?

Dont be to quick to say impossible, i believe that you can make water with custom 0.3c objects but i may be wrong, ima look it up.

Goto Mta Map editor then goto the place where you want to fill the water
select Object icon type Water select 1st one save convert it and paste it in your Script

Put your pool somewhere in middle of water, not in city. So put it little in ground, and there will be water.

Well, you can try a water-object (yes there are water objects) but you cannot swim in that
