alright so I am just going to ask if this is possible, if it is possible then can some-one please help me/explain to me how to do it, if not then just post your opinions.

1. when you jump and cling on to a rooftop/wall/ etc... can you make the character move to the sides when you click the left and right keys?

as far as i know, no u can't

maybe in future sa-mp versions u will be able to, tho not soon =/ lol

Everythings possible, Just get the players Animation to check if he's hanging of an edge, and when he presses left or right key setplayervelocity?

It is possible, but it .. Rather not be made. You can't figure out if you're in a corner and then change youre angle
