There's no such thing as swimming pool, but you can make your own one with the water object (it's form a circle) and surround it with some walls. It should be a circle. Thought I can't provide you object ID in this moment.

There's a lot of pool table in GTA:SA.
I searched the sa-mp wiki and find one within a minute:
2964 - Pool Table
I know there's some more but I forgot their IDs.
Find them in the object list made by MTA:SA.
