Introduction
Good evening, San Andreas Multiplayer. I'm Mike- Head Developer and Community Manager at Quantum Roleplay, and today I'm officially announcing that we're looking for a developer or two who would make a fine addition to our team. We're looking for scripters who are dedicated, hard working, understanding and listen to what they're asked, told and ofcourse what the community want.
I'm looking to recruit two (2) scripters into the Development Team and a few into the Third Party Scripters. So, what's the difference between the two groups? Well it's simple, the scripters in the Development Team are the ones who are responsible for the main developments to Quantum Roleplay and updates in time to come. Whereas the Third Party Scripters are generally scripters who contribute snippits or chunks of code to the developers in order to help them and possibly speed up development.
Many SA:MP Communities who advertise that they're recruiting scripters usually offer them a decent staff position such as owner or co-owner. Well... I don't plan to. Quantum Roleplay is a strict roleplay based server which gives each player an equal and fair chance. People who are interested in this offer will be joining a team of very dedicated staff as a developer and a polite, cheerful community.
The Development Team
Well, as I mentioned previously the development team is split into two sections. Firstly, we have the Development Team itself which consists of the main developers and then we have the Third Party Scripters who contribute work, snippets and chunks of code to the Development Team.
Usually, I'd tell people who are interested in this opportunity but don't have alot of time on their hands to help out that they're best off in the Third Party Scripter group instead of the mainstream development team.
I'm posting this announcement to let you know that Quantum Roleplay is interested in the recruitment of atleast two more developers. As Lead Developer, I'm able to say that we're not near completion of the script and we're in no rush to get it done- Depth is crucial so time will expand until the date of release.
So if you're a scripter and you've been considering starting your own server or looking for work then look no further. Quantum Roleplay is a high-class, achievable community with hopes and ambitions of going far in the SA:MP community. This offer is only available to everyone with knowledge and two slots will be filled by those who I think are most valuable to the development of the community. Those who don't make it onto the development team will have the opportunity to become third party scripters.
Contact Details
Ofcourse, one thing I couldn't forget is to put contact details. As I'm the Lead Developer I'll be giving you my details so you can get in contact with myself if you're interested in any of the two roles advertised above.
Please feel free to contact me with and questions you have or if you'd like further information regarding the available positions. I'm available nearly around the clock, but I should be here for the rest of the evening, early into the morning so don't let time hold you back.
