The TL-WN321G is a WLAN adapter, not a router.
Opening ports is a very easy thing for 99% of all router models. Just search the router interface for "port" "firewall" or "forwarding". If you cant find anything, try to unlock advanced options in the display menu. SA-MP needs the UDP protocol, you will just have to select this when opening the port.

No, SA-MP uses UDP, if you select TCP, your server will not work! Just forward a UDP port, not TCP, and do not choose the option "any".
Also Mauzen, it is a wireless adapter, so he is using it to connect to a router! So he still needs to port-forward.

@ MoTeL20: Open your server.cfg and change "announce 0" to "announce 1".
