If you got your cellphone on the ear, OnPlayerPickUpPickup doesn't get called ...
So if you got some enex markers, you can't enter/exit buildings while calling someone, if you use SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid,SPECIAL_ACTION_USE CELLPHONE); ...

I think that using the phone in single player has the same effect, correct me if I am wrong.

In single player, when you recieve a call and answer it, the pickups get disabled until the call is over.
