how can i change my mode from 0.3b to 0.3c
i was build it from 0.3b and now it doesnt work on 0.3c

Just re-compile it with 0.3c includes, and what do you mean it doesn't work?

Compile your script again and download the latest SA:MP includes from the main website

no i dont find a download to the include of 0.3c

Just download 'SA-MP 0.3c Windows Server' and in this file you'll find pawno.exe with all newer includes.
Just recompile your script with that 'newer' pawno.

i do it and its doesnt work
i run the server and its told me that there is no mode in the server

Hmm, weird.

Just a little hint - don't just open your GM, you need to open that 'new' pawno.exe which you downloaded and then press Ctrl+O, open you GM and then press compile button.
