Hello,

I heard that you can include IRC on your server, administrating from
the IRC chat. Is this possible? If I use this plugin can I use admin commands
from IRC chat and kick/ban players from In-Game?

Yes you can use the plugin to administrate the server remotely from the IRC channel.

IRC Plugin

The download is there, along with all of the documentation you need to create your own administrative system. I'm sure that people around the forums have also created IRC administration filterscripts to be used with that plugin, you can always use the search function of the forums to find them!
