I think all plugins are coded in C++, at least the SDK is C++.

why PureBasic. Use Microsoft Visual C++ for that or use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 like me

If i was you i'd look in the plugins section and download a simple plugin and look at the code for it. Your not realy allowed to post c++ code here.
