So i got a new ATI Card, yes a very old one, got it from a friend of mine, until my pc gets fixed.

The thing is, that this did to him too, when he had it, now does to me too.
Any idea what to do ?

Hm bugged polygons. Are you both using the same driver version? if yes, try different ones, especially older versions.
And does this happen in every game or only SA?
If it does not change, it is probably the card. Graphic bugs cant be fixed in the most cases.

And the fact that you are using a video card that had the same graphics/polygons as on your friends computer means that it's the card's problem. Will it appear green dots on the screen on random occasions?

My cousin had this problem too .. Lower or rise the resolution .. Tried that ?

It was the same problem to me, but I Re-Installed my Video Cards drivers and everything works fine for now.

Strange enough, when the player is on a dark side, it doesn't glitch at all, but when it's in sky or a bright path, it does again. I will try to get the new drivers.
