The limit is that it cant remove in game sounds yes. That "problem" with the radio station could be solved by the player turning the car radio off and switching on the custum radio station by a command, for rp you could say it would be a handheld radio ect. Anyways the car radio is just one use, i like the idea of having own songs / sounds in interriors for example, there is just so many things you could use it for.

Wow this idea is very good but i think its impossible
And you can easily crash someone with this, like playing a sound but that guy doesnt even have it
But maybe it is possible it would be very cool

Na, the sounds would be played from scriptfiles or something, not from the guys PC.

You guys need to read the topic, especially the part about the client. Its a standalone client that has nothing to do with the samp client but is pluged into the server through a server plugin, and it wont crash anything if the client is coded right.
