slowrider you shur got problems try downloading samp againg than copy paste your fs and gamemodes.

Out of curiosity.. are you running a server? Specifically, are you running G-Stylezzzzzzzzzzzz's MySQL Plugin?

This dll isn't needed by SA-MP. It must be caused by a plugin.
