I`m using ModernTopia GameMod and i have a mysql problem. If i make an player GM/Tester, i can find in DataBase at GMLevel 1, but after restart, i will find 0. So, after restart, GM level doesn't save, just Admin Level.

Check your MySQL Log for errors or just post it here and as far as I know that script uses an outdated plugin too.
