Hey Guys i have this guy called malik Henderson who has Stole my Server name wich i create the server name is "Good Life RolePlay" Since 2009 now i want my server name back how can i do that

[Scenario]

You don't have copyright ownership of the server name, therefore anybody has the right to use the server name. Perhaps he thought the name was cool, you should be proud somebody is copying you; stop complaining you can't do anything.

There is nothing ANYONE can do. Technically i can go and use that name.
Maybe you should try talking to him, in a calm and mature manner. And maybe suggest some other names to use, or maybe make it easier on yourself and change YOUR server name. If YOU change it, then you don't have to worry about him anymore.

Guys, i know what you saying are pure facts but its not as simple. If you had a good server, and someone took your name, then your players thought you changed ips or something and all left to other server what would you do?

Sadly, you cant do anything. The person is most likely some lil kid who can't make his own server so he steal other peoples name hoping to gain players.

Is he running the same script? If not then you have NO problem at all. Just put your IP on your forum some where, players are going to wonder why their friends arent on the server (assuming they're dumb enough to join the fake) and will likely check the forum to confirm the IP/All the changes on the fake server.

I dont think the name was intentionally stolen either, its a pretty simple and common looking name. Really nothing special, so its understandable to have multiple servers with that name.
