once again i need help with my pc :/ my CPU is running 80-100% all time....





Can some one help me?

Go into task manager, processes and click "CPU" at top to sort by which is using the most.

By this, it seems services.exe and vmipvse.exe are using a ton of usage. Look them up on ****** to see their functions, and if they're not needed to be run, end their processes (right-click > end process).

If they are necessary, you may have a virus or something else infecting those applications.

Uhm.. don't close those processes. Services.exe is a critical system process (hence the "SYSTEM" tag in the screenshot) which controls all the system's services for applications and hardware. You shouldn't close System processes. It probably won't let you close most of them, anyway.

"wmiprvse.exe" is a Network process (I think that's what it says, anyway). So I don't know if closing it will harm anything, but it might cause your connection to stop working.

When was the last time you restarted your computer? It happens sometimes if you have it on for days.

What's the current amount of ram on your computer, and the current speed of your CPU? This can be found by pressing Winkey + Pause/Break on your keyboard.

RAM = 4GB
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E8500 Clock Speed 3.16 GHz

I think you should read this thread clearly again before saying that.

I replied to that other guy saying your PC slows down if its on for a long time, mines been on for 22 days and it's perfectly fine.

Plus, I don't need any more post's. So I'm not doing it 'for the post's'

And I only have 1592 post's so it's not like I spam (That's in 4 years)
