Most of the Fuel system works on Timers.
Ex: Your not moving your vehicle. It just takes off Gas from your vehicle for nothing.

But like I wanted a menu that had gas and oil diseo so each would be a% of gas and a $ different value for the gas n stay for free =)

why should the speed be only till 300km/h?
hydra might be able to go faster.
also, while ur on skroad (its a slope going downwards from the game celing), infernus at times goes faster than hydra, reached very close to 300.
now im trying to figure out, which is the faster car, infernus or turismo

I think Infernus is the fastest car in San Andreas (as I heard from others).

hydra is the fastest plane
infact, there is a place called, skroad in my server, where the car, just goes down a slop from the clouds and it goes above 300 km/h there, and then the speedometer shows 0
