Download should work if you are alt-tabbed, noone would like to watch 15min download. Compression and bulk download is needed.

I agree with that, most players that want to download LC or VC files would like to alt-tab while waiting for the download completing, otherwise I'm afraid they get too bored of waiting wacthing that dialog and rage quit before it finishes, it's only once okay but would be better if alt-tabbed players could remain their download while in sa-mp is running in background.
