How can i improve my English ?

Observe others, learn how they are structuring their paragraphs. Be sharp and pick up all the small details, you will eventually learn how to write good English on Internet.

and no ! I don't choose to be like this...the economy in africa is *ucked up...
Struggling to find a job and when you do find one:
40$ a month with 16 Hours of work each day....what do you think ?
when you see other humans like you work for for 8 10 12$ hour and receive more than 100$ a day..

I thought you had a really good university degree lol.
And you should probably stop play video games all day long if you feel so sorry for yourself and stop waste your time in this SAMP forum.
Get a skill and then find a job.
And I don't believe everyone in africa makes 40$ a month, because you can't even pay rent with that, there must be some other alternatives out there.
Just keep on searching and again
Stop post on this forum, it wastes your time.

Anyhow, do you know a good websites about things you mentioned ?

Thank you so much few People would like to help...thanks again.
There's a payed app that apparently helps people learn languages.
Since you already know pretty good english, it wouldn't be very useful to you. It's mostly designed for beginners.

There isn't an easy way for this, dude. The best recommendation from me is private tutoring.
I know it sucks, but I don't know of any reliable website that would teach you advanced english for free.

Play on servers where there are English speaking players, and get involved (in-game, IRC, forums).

It's not the case in my country. If it's like that in yours, then I'm sorry.
Either way, the comment I replied to was posted with full ignorance.

Well man, there are some nice techniques how to improve spellings. For example you split the words and see how are they build up. But really, I would suggest you to write it on note and place words you are struggling with in front of you, so you can look at it when you need it. Bad way is to google spellings because it makes you not to pay attention that much at it.
But getting to a point you are asking about, well, its hard slow study. From one way its just like your main language, you start with 'introduction' then follows the 'main story' you are about and then follows the 'ending'. So basically, that splits in three paragraphs. Typing fast what you are thinking makes one sentence a thought. To write decent article what you are about it takes rereading it few times and editing. That is the practise you need to do even though its slow and can be frustrating.
I would really suggest you to read books in English and see how whole story is build up and split. Even I have struggle as English is my third language and I can't perform good correct spelling most of the time. Most of the time I take basics from my main language to write something, like commas. But there is rules in every language, how it should be and there are cases of must. So man, just take it easy and pay attention.

To be honest, All teachers around world are unable to teach pupils, Wanna learn something? you can teach yourself anything by Reading books that's the best way...

I Learned english without being teached by any guy, as you can see my english grammar.. isn't terrible :P
P.S: Books creators are counted as teachers too, the difference is, these guys's rank & Knowledge is higher and better than these guys's one that you can find in school.

I caught most of it from cartoons. Back when I was a kid, they weren't dubbed. Now they dub them and kids don't learn shit.
School was very useful, because I had to learn the irregular verbs (that was a real bitch) and other important things.
School kinda completed what I already knew, and after I got the hang of it, all I had to do was improve the vocabulary.

The only book series that I've read in English were Harry Potter, and Twilight, but they didn't really enrich anything.
Before you laugh, I'll tell you this: even know the movies are total bullshit, the books are actually decent.
The rest of my vocabulary was caught from Discovery channel and National Geographic. Those were a reliable source.
I do agree that reading proper materials will significantly enrich your vocabulary.

So yeah, I still think school is important, but if you didn't get to learn in time, the best option would be private tutoring.
It did help me a lot with other stuff.

That I agree on. A lof of stuff you learn in school is not necessary for some professions.
It also sucks the fact that the educational systems require all students to be good at everything, when clearly people have different talents and skills.
