That static version is from another plugin all together.

Your problem is that that plugin itself is REALLY out of date, and you won't be able to get it to run because the runtimes required to get it running are equally old.


You'll either need to update the gamemode to use a more modern plugin, or move on to another MySQL plugin (Being that the "main" is BlueGs, which has the mysql/mysql_static plugins).
