V2.0

1. Added Quiz Test. You get a question and 4 options.
2. Use CreateQuiz on OnFilterScriptInit to creat a Quiz Question.
3. Now it saves in files, who when and what was the answer.(On all 4 reactions).
   From inside the Quiz Winners.txt
