Yeah, Kalcor has already stated he doesn't want memory hacking plugins, if you are to use this plugin or rather function you may be blacklisted from the masterlist.

Try OnPlayerUpdate or make a timer and check the NPC's pos. If the pos is (the pos you putted in NPC_WalkTo eg.) , then move him again

I have no idea, It seems as though Kalcor doesn't even want you to use the plugin, you could ask the moderators or give him a PM.
