Just to give others some information so others can try to fix his problem.
He sent me a PM and he has this code in his gamemode:

I asked him why he has these defines, if he didn't use them?
Or why he used _ALS_ or was trying to create a hook?
I told him to delete the defines if he didn't use them.

Don't ever PM me again MarkNelson, I will not help you anymore if you don't listen to my suggestions.
Just saying it doesn't work, gives others no the required information to help you.

EDIT:
He just told me deleting the defines worked, but the doesn't see the NPC's. (YOU NEVER TOLD ANYONE!)
I think this is the first time I have seen someone give so little information ...
